Rectangular design with 3’-6’ tall plants on the back and sides, creating an enclosed feel for the design. All the plants featured have parts “black” in color, from vegetables and flowers to leaves. 12 different plants total, including peppers, salad leaves, and cut flowers. 

Some recipe ideas:

  • Salsa made with tomatillo, jalapeno, and habanero (add tomatoes, onion and cilantro).

  • Steamed artichoke with lemon butter, roasted beets, a stir fry with bok choy, beet tops and bell pepper, served with your favorite meat or seafood. 

  • Dried ground peppers, added to melted butter and drizzled on freshly popped popcorn.
