We research and design small scale landscape layouts,
You take care of the rest.
At Delicious Terrain LLC, we are passionate about making small spaces not only productive but also breathtakingly beautiful. Great gardens start with great design, and we remove the guesswork of plant selection and layout so you can go from a blank slate to edible paradise in no time.
Because this is about more than gardens. It's about reconnecting with what sustains us — our health, our communities, and the planet we all share. Plant diversity keeps all of us stronger and healthier.
Our collection of avant-garde landscape designs blurs the lines between art and function, because each plant is a visual and edible treasure all on its own — but together they become a masterpiece.

How It Works:
What you see on the website:
design and description:
5 or Less Collection Baby Blue Hubbard, size: 18”x 48” border, zone 4-9, sun exposure: full sun, water level: 3 raindrops.
Fair warning — squash has not received the memo about personal space. The vines can grow to ten feet in length, however, can be trained/ guided in a tighter space, depends on the surrounding areas. The rest of the crew fits together snugly in the planter like they were made for each other. Silver, purple and soft green dominate the palette, and flavor? Let's just say it keeps up with the good looks. The border design can also be multiplied to stretch across longer areas, making this one as versatile as it is stunning. 5 plant varieties, 14 plants total.
Recipe ideas:
Squash gnocchi with sage butter.
Stir fry using all parts of walking onion.
Cubed potatoes, caramelized lightly in butter, sugar and thyme (one of my personal favorites).
A bouquet of Salvia, with sage and thyme flowers.
